All systems receive a full hardware diagnostics and physical test. Often, batteries are replaced, system is physically cleaned, storage is upgraded to an SSD, and RAM is upgraded to max.

To protect you, "Economy Refurbished" laptops come with a 30 day limited warranty, and "Premium Refurbished" laptops come with a 90 day limited warranty. This protects you against defective hardware despite our testing. If you suspect you have defective hardware and it is outside the warranty's window, please contact us anyway, we may be able to assist for no additional cost.

Laptops will often ship with a fully charged battery for you, however, it is best to have lithium batteries at 50% if not being used for long periods of time.
