Server monitoring & backups
From $35 / month
Monitoring and backups, with up to one hour per month of remote repairs or priority corrective maintenance for covered servers.
This can include a failed service, a backup problem or a critical security update needed to address a newly discovered threat. Routine file organization and general housekeeping are not included in that hour.
Coverage and backup requirements are agreed when the plan is set up. Additional work is billed at the applicable hourly rate.
GPS tracking
Choose lower upfront cost or a lower monthly service rate. Prices are per device.
Monthly device plan
$20 / device / month
Device provided with a minimum 12-month service commitment.
Ending service early: the remaining service balance for the initial 12 months is due. That remaining balance can be reduced by 50% after the tracker is returned and we verify that it is clean and functioning correctly.
Example: after six paid months, the remaining balance is $120, or $60 after an accepted device return.
Upfront device plan
