Basic Computer Hardware Diagnostics/Troubleshooting We will test, diagnose, and troubleshoot computer hardware (including monitors, connections, and internal componants such as graphics cards and RAM). We do recommend you safely and carefully check that all cable connections are tight before paying for a tech to come out.	$60.00, up to 1 hour $30 per 30m after
Basic Device Setup/Install From graphics cards, to new monitors. We will get it hooked up, configured, and operational.	$60.00, up to 1 hour $30 per 30m after
Cable to Streaming Conversion Want to ditch cable and switch to streaming but have no idea where to even start? We can go through the whole process for you, from choosing a streaming device and creating accounts, to finding what subscriptions you need to get the networks you want. Most who switch save more then half of their cable TV bill (not including the internet or phone portions of their bill).	$60.00, up to 1 hour $30 per 30m after
Network Diagnostics, Basic Repair, or Install If your network is having a problem, we'll diagnose and correct it. This includes scanning for interference from other near-by networks.	$75.00, up to 1 hour $30 per 30m after Commercial price may vary
Standard Security Camera Product + Installation This is the AVERAGE cost for our STANDARD security camera. This estimate includes material and labor costs, however additional hardware is often needed, and installation complexity could increase/decrease the per camera price. Cleaning (Physical) (Computers, Game Consoles, Controllers, etc.) We will open and physically clean your system of dust, fur, hair, etc. We'll clean anything from desktop computers to laptops, game consoles, and even controllers or remotes. A physical cleaning can prevent overheats, electrical shorts, and other issues. If there would be a difference in cost, the tech will inform you. Price correction works both ways. If a job takes longer then expected because of a technician mistake, you will not be charged for wasted time.

Out-of-area services are available remotely at the same rate. On-site services outside of our operating area are available with a travel fee.
